Our service

Following your initial consultation you will be allocated a therapist/or support worker and we provide you with details of the dates and times of your future appointments. Appointments will normally take place on a weekly basis and will last for approximately one hour. Please note that if appointments are for a child aged under thirteen years, it will be necessary for an adult to remain on the premises for the duration of the appointment.

If you are unable to keep your appointment please inform us, so that your slot can be allocated to another client and not wasted. We can be contacted via telephone on 01253 896444 if you need to contact us out of office hours, please leave a message on our answer phone.

All of our staff will be happy to answer any questions you may have about your treatment and our service. The following policies (available on request) help to answer some frequently asked questions;
